for Close Combat and Self-Defence

Saturday is Knife Day – Sunday will be Light Day:
Training quick reaction and reactive flow of attack and counter-attack. Learn how to use knife, light, palm stick and pen for self-defence or close combat.

On Saturday we will focus on knife flow exercises to develop quick reaction, precision flow and technical solutions to knife attacks and counter attacks.

On Sunday we will apply the skills from Saturday and work on hands-on technical solutions for self-defence situations using a flashlight, palm stick, pen or any sharp or pointy object.

Schedule:

  • Sat 13:00–19:00
  • Sun 09:00–15:00

Cost:

Courses can be booked individually or as a package for the whole year.
Bring your training partner and benefit from our partner discount.

The packages:

  • Attend one course:
    • Solo: 100€ a day / 180€ weekend
      (members of ArKa Soc have the freedom to decide their own course fee)
    • Partner discount: 80€ a day / weekend 150€ p.P.
  • ArKa Full Package for 1 year (all weekend courses in RT for 12 months):
    • Solo Full Flat: 900€ for 1 person
    • Partner Full Flat: 600€ p.P.

Questions & Accommodation

  • There are hotels within walking distance, and you'll find a shopping centre opposite the gym. It is also possible to sleep in the gym overnight (bring a sleeping bag).
